For an Independent Service Provider (ISP) to access Mercedes-Benz South Africa technical information and training, registration is required with our registration service provider.
Please note that no access will be provided without successful registration.
It is recommended that an ISP registers upfront as the registration process can take up to 3 – 7 working days.
Note there is a cost implication to register and access training and technical information.
Registration is valid for 1 year and subject to annual renewal.
Successful registration will open access to Mercedes-Benz user registration portal to generate a login profile
Once an Independent Service Provider (ISP) has successfully registered on the Mercedes-Benz user registration portal, an email can be sent to the relevant MBSA department to access information (click below)
