Fraudsters are constantly finding new and advanced ways to try and defraud unsuspecting customers.
It has come to the attention of Mercedes-Benz South Africa that there are unknown individuals posing as representatives of the company and the Agent network, targeting customers about so-called outstanding recalls and service measures on their vehicles.
As a valued customer, we wish to impress upon you that Mercedes-Benz South Africa and the Agent Network would never arrange for the collections of your vehicle to action outstanding safety recalls or service measures.
Should you receive communication pertaining to the aforementioned or have any suspicion of fraudulent activity regarding your vehicle, immediately contact your nearest dealership or the Mercedes-Benz Customer Assistance Centre on 0800 133 355.
