Advanced Technologies Training
Our learning academy is equipped with a world-class range of technologies to up-skill existing artisans in the fields of robotics, plant automation and metal joining technologies. Training in these fields can be adapted to short modular services designed to close specific skills gaps or can be strung together to build a broader understanding in one or more areas of specialisation.
We boast a wide variety of robot cells, from stand-alone robots to those equipped with technologies that include grippers, stud welders and weld-guns (steel-to-steel, steel-to-aluminium or aluminium-to-aluminium). Our automation laboratories also feature programmable logic controllers (PLC’s) and simulators as well as pneumatics learning units. Learning about future technologies in our Advanced Technologies Centre will equip our learners with industry relevant skills.
